How online booking works with LeadLite, what it costs, and how you get paid.

Does the booking form go on my own website?

Yes. The booking form installs on your existing website, so customers book without leaving your site. You can also connect your own domain.

Which payment processors can I use?

Online booking works with Stripe, Square, PayPal (through Braintree) and Authorize.net. You connect one processor to your account. Card details are stored securely with the processor.

Can customers pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay?

Yes, where your processor and checkout support it. With Stripe, Apple Pay works on hosted checkout and payment links with no extra setup and no extra fees beyond normal processing.

Do I have to charge the full amount up front?

No. You can take a deposit, charge the full amount, keep the card on file and charge after the job, or place a pre-auth a set time before the visit.

Are card fees worth it?

Processing fees are the cost of getting paid on time, without chasing invoices or handling card numbers yourself. For most service businesses, booked and paid jobs are worth far more than the fee.

Is online booking included in Starter?
